Knitting
We are well equipped with advanced and high speed circular knitting machines and flat knit machines. In our circular knitting machine we are able to produce both plain and yarn dyed fabric to meet the requirements of our customers. Fabric knit is controlled by most advance machine which is stitch length meter to control variation.
The Knitting Unit has imported sophisticated high- speed circular knitting machines, which can knit a full range from jersey to several advanced fabric / design. An imported flat knitting Japanese machine produces quality knitted collar material.
Dyeing & Finishing
Soft flow machines are used for the bleaching and color dyeing of knitted cloth. Eco- Friendly dyes are used. Double ballooning machine is use after dyeing to get squeeze straight wales of fabric in relax form. We have data color machine for lab dips and bulk production dying will be done as per approved lab dips.
Compacting
The dyed / washed fabric is pass through on compaction after drying fabric, To control best shrinkage and to get fabric width required. We have quality team to maintain continuity / shade band after compaction which will be delivered for stitching.
Printing
This division takes care of the requirements of printing on knitted fabric as well as garments. The printing can be done in a number of colors, qualities and various effects as per buyer’s specifications. Eco friendly dyes are used, Printing is oeko –Tex 100 certified.
Printing specialties Prints - Pigment, reactive high density, flock, puff, and transfer prints. Use of eco- friendly colors and chemicals
Embroidery
We have automatic high speed Japanese Barudan Embroidery machines with 20 heads each capable of making any kind of color embroidery appliqué and badges.
